Senator Olympia Jean Bouchles Snowe (born February 21, 1947) is the senior United States Senator from Maine.

Snowe's voting record has drawn significant criticism from conservatives. The Club for Growth and Concerned Women for America label Snowe a "Republican in Name Only" ("RINO"). The American Conservative Union assessed Snowe's lifetime Senate voting record as the second least conservative Republican in the chamber, behind only Arlen Specter. Americans for Democratic Action assessed Snowe's 2007 voting record, in a tie with Specter, as the most liberal Republican in the chamber.
